Job summary

Industrial Rivet & Fastener Co. in Norwood, NJ is seeking a Receiving Associate to support our warehouse operations. You will receive, inspect, and verify shipments, print labels, and help maintain inventory with accuracy.

You should have 1–3 years in receiving/warehouse; forklift experience is optional; ability to lift 50 lbs; basic computer skills; high school diploma; and be eligible to work in the United States. This is a full-time role with overtime and a generous PTO plan.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in receiving and warehouse operations.
• Shipping experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is optional.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills; orientation to our inventory system.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
• Print and apply receiving labels accurately.
• Stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Weigh and process materials to support operational workflows
