Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations for our Fort Worth store. Responsibilities include unloading, auditing, staging product, and ensuring accurate paperwork and safe storage practices.

Minimum eligibility notes 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred; forklift experience and effective communication are favored. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with varying start pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance with safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
