Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate in Norco, CA to support warehouse operations in our busy retail stores. You will unload, audit, and stage products, ensure proper receiving paperwork, and help rotate inventory while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certification is preferred, with opportunities for training and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift driving experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Availability for extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Stage products for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork accurately.
• Store products to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation in the warehouse.
• Follow safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete training including forklift certification.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
