Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, verify, stage, move, store, and transfer inbound materials and inventory.
• Use handheld devices and warehouse systems to complete receiving, putaway, inventory, and cycle-count transactions.
• Review purchase orders, packing lists, and receiving documents; report shortages, overages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Inspect materials for damage or nonconformance and support quality hold, inspection, and product configuration processes.
• Maintain accurate product locations and follow inventory-control, storage, and material-handling procedures.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, conveyors, and other authorized equipment safely when trained and certified.
• Communicate shipment status and receiving issues with Purchasing, carriers, vendors, leaders, and internal partners.
• Meet department safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Position SummarySafely and accurately receives, handles, stores, and controls inbound materials while supporting inventory accuracy, product quality, and efficient warehouse operations. Assignments may range from material handling to advanced receiving functions based on demonstrated skills, certifications, business needs, and assigned level.
