Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring a Receiving Associate to join our on-site team in Goodyear, AZ. You will receive, count, store, and document incoming items, ensuring accurate records and proper stock handling.

You will communicate with shippers, support purchasing on shortages, and help maintain organized stock. Prior warehouse experience and knowledge of construction products are a plus.

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency.
• 0–2 years of experience in a related role.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred (forklift, reach truck, order picker).
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Receives, counts and stores items.
• Records receiving data using a computer and company software.
• Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items properly and accurately.
• Identifies incorrect or short shipped items and notifies supervisor.
• Communicates with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues.
• Delivers products, supplies and equipment to the correct designated area.
• Works closely with purchasing to track shortages for late/slow delivery.
• Files purchase orders correctly based on company policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
