Job summary

White Cap in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a Receiving Associate to receive, count, and store items, recording data with company software.

You will work closely with purchasing to track shortages, resolve delivery issues with vendors, and deliver products to the correct area, with 0–2 years of experience preferred.

• Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items properly and accurately.
• Identifies incorrect or short shipped items and notifies supervisor.

• Delivers products, supplies and equipment to the correct designated area.
• Works closely with purchasing to track shortages for late/slow delivery.
• Files purchase orders correctly based on company policy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a forklift, Reach truck and order picker
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.
