Job summary

Glass House Brands Inc. is seeking a Receiving and Supply Inventory Specialist to ensure precise counts and documentation for inbound shipments, transfers, and deliveries. You will monitor inventory levels, run reports, restock, fulfill department requests, and post receipt transactions in SAP, the company’s ERP system.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work weekends. Two locations are involved with occasional regional pickups and deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years full-time experience in warehouse shipping & receiving.
• Safe operation of manual & electric pallet jack.
• Minimum one year experience operating a forklift.
• California Driver license with clean driver record.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments against purchase orders in ERP system, confirm, offload, and log all inbound shipments & note damages/shortages immediately upon arrival.
• Confirm/pull and deliver inventory requests/counts and note requests daily in ERP system from internal departments and other company locations. Accuracy and consistency are a must.
• Inform departments that their order has arrived, back-ordered (or shipped) and/or place materials in designated inventory in a well-organized manner.
• Notify Purchasing when stock levels of items run low, not out.

• Ability to work in conditions typically found in warehouses and greenhouse with high humidity and varying temperatures, with a fair amount of moisture present.
• Ability to exert up to 25 pounds routinely and/or occasionally in order to lift and move products.
• Ability to balance, reach grasp while climbing on a step stool and/or ladder.
• Ability to crouch, grasp and lift product above shoulders in order to lift product from the floor properly
• Ability to be on feet continuously while performing job responsibilities.
