Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Receiving and Order Pick Associate in Collierville, TN to accurately select, prepare, and stage customer orders for shipment. You will operate order picker forklifts, handle large items, and maintain inventory with RF scanners and WMS.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00 am–4:00 pm. Pay rate is $17.00–$22.00 per hour, with benefits and weekly pay. High attention to detail and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating order picker equipment preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS is a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50–75 pounds regularly.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or WMS.
• Operate order picker forklifts and other material-handling equipment when needed.
• Retrieve products from warehouse racks and storage locations.
• Verify item quantities and order accuracy before shipment.
• Package, label, and stage orders for loading and transportation.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate with shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

RECEIVING AND ORDER PICK ASSOCIATE

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving and Order Pick Associate for a company based in Collierville, TN. In this role, An Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging customer orders for shipment in a warehouse environment. The position requires safe operation of warehouse equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large, heavy products Picker. For this warehouse position, emphasizing experience with order picker forklifts, large-item handling, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and safe material movement will make a candidate more competitive.

Pay Rate

$17.00– $22.00 per hour (depends on your experience)

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 00 pm.

Receiving and Order Pick Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
• WHEN NEEDED you will Operate order picker forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Retrieve products from warehouse racks and storage locations.
• Verify item quantities, product numbers, and order accuracy before shipment.
• Package, wrap, label, and stage orders for loading and transportation.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures.
• Communicate with shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Receiving and Order Pick Associate Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating order picker equipment preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50–75 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working at heights while operating order picker equipment.
