Location: Troy, OH
Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour

Looking for Receiving Associate jobs in Troy where accuracy and teamwork keep products moving? This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.

This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

Job Duties

• Safely unload inbound trucks and process incoming shipments
• Inspect products for damage, shortages, and shipment accuracy
• Sort and organize inventory into designated storage bins by product size
• Complete Inventory Control Bin Maintenance (ICBM) tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
• Utilize pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Support inventory management, stocking, and other warehouse operations as required

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Willingness to complete training on powered industrial equipment, including sit-down forklifts

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, receiving, shipping, distribution, inventory, or logistics environments preferred
• Experience using RF scanners and material handling equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift (8+ hours)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products safely throughout the workday
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and material handling activities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with productivity goals
