Job summary

Gardner White Furniture & Mattress in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Receiving Associate to unload all incoming product safely into the distribution center. Responsibilities include unloading from live load, container, and drop-and-hook trucks, tagging and scanning product, keeping the workspace clean, and assisting teammates as needed.

You will gain certification on warehouse machines (order picker, forklift, tugger, etc.) and help with inbound put-away; the role operates in a warehouse

Work Environment

This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses warehouse equipment such as Hi-Lo’s, Tuggers, Scanners, Hand-trucks, etc. Dress according to weather conditions. Safety toe footwear required.

Physical Demands

The employee will regularly be standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
