Job summary

The role is physical, fast-paced, and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight shifts based on store needs. Responsibilities include delivering SMART customer service, processing deliveries, maintaining safe work practices around hazardous materials, and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment.
• 6 months experience in a warehouse stocking/inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting shoppers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and pallet setup.
• Verify deliveries and prep docks; operate equipment as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow hazardous materials procedures.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and handheld devices.
• Work as part of a team to complete tasks.
