Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following hazardous materials, equipment, and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and balers as needed.
• Team player; assist with other assigned tasks as required.
• Pro Fulfillment Stores: pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders; load delivery orders; communicate with customers; ensure delivery readiness.
