Lowe’s is hiring a Receiver/Stocker in Augusta, ME. This physical, fast-paced role involves unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and keeping the store tidy and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment.
• 6 months experience in a warehouse stocking/inventory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries, dock prep, and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and other tools as needed.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other tasks.
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders (Pro Fulfillment Stores).
• Load delivery orders, ensuring quality, accuracy and safe loading practices (Pro Fulfillment Stores).
• Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction (Pro Fulfillment Stores).
• Execute Delivery Readiness best practices (Pro Fulfillment Stores).
