Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Receiver/Stocker to unload deliveries, stock shelves, and organize merchandise across store areas. The role emphasizes safe lifting, fast-paced work, and dependable attendance, with shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings or overnight as needed.

You will help customers, assist teammates, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while using equipment like pallet jacks, scanners, and forklifts. A reliable team player with basic math and safety awareness is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment (lifts, order pickers) preferred
• 6 months experience in a warehouse setting with stocking and inventory handling preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, stocking shelves, and setting up pallets
• Verify deliveries, prepare docks, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace by following procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and Zebra devices as needed
• Collaborate with team to complete additional tasks as assigned
