Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring a Receiver/Stocker to receive freight, stock shelves, and organize merchandise, ensuring the store is ready for customers. You’ll unload deliveries, use pallet jacks and forklifts, and maintain a safe, clean workspace while following safe lifting practices.

This role is physical and fast-paced, with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, or overnight based on store needs. Lowe’s offers growth opportunities and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• Forklift/power equipment experience (3 months preferred).
• Warehouse stocking/inventory experience (6 months preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, shelving, and pallet setup.
• Verify deliveries, prep docks, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following safety procedures for hazards and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and handheld devices.
• Collaborate with team to complete additional tasks as needed.
