Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to receive freight, stock shelves, and organize merchandise, keeping the store clean, safe, and ready for customers. This role is physical and fast-paced, requiring safe lifting.

You’ll unload deliveries, use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, and assist customers when needed. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment.
• 6 months experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves and pallets.
• Verify deliveries, dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials handling and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra devices, balers, and similar tools.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks.
