Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering customer service in a retail setting is preferred.
• Able to operate pallet jacks and forklifts with proper training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries and complete dock prep; operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace by following hazards procedures.
• Assist in overall store operations as needed.
