Job summary

You will unload deliveries, stock merchandise, and prep areas for daily operations, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs.

The role is physical and fast-paced, requiring safe lifting and attention to detail. Strong teamwork and excellent customer service help you succeed in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience operating forklift or power equipment.
• Experience in a warehouse handling inventory and stocking.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools as needed.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks.
