Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise and top stock.

This role is physical and fast-paced, requiring safe lifting practices and attention to detail. You’ll spend most of your shift on your feet, working mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs, with a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Forklift/power equipment experience preferred (3 months).
• Warehouse stocking experience preferred (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers, answering questions, and providing support during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and other tools as needed.
