Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise and top stock.

This role is physical and fast-paced, requiring safe lifting practices and attention to detail. You’ll unload deliveries, handle equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, and may work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months forklift/power equipment experience preferred.
• 6 months warehouse inventory handling and stocking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, prep docks, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following proper hazardous materials and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and handheld devices as needed.
• Perform other assigned tasks as part of a team.
