Job summary

Ira Green, Inc. is seeking a Receiver to manage receiving, inspection, and accurate processing of incoming materials to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations.

The Receiver verifies shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, identifies issues, and ensures materials are properly labeled and entered into the inventory system. The role requires ability to unload vehicles safely, follow safety policies, and collaborate with Purchasing, Quality, and Shipping to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems is preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Enter receipt information into the inventory system.
• Label, store, and locate materials in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and inventory control.
