Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Receiver / Inventory Control Clerk to oversee Direct Store Delivery operations, ensuring accurate receiving, counting and stocking of merchandise.

You will walk the store daily to scan DSD items, identify out-of-stock or overstock conditions, and collaborate with order writers, night crew, merchandisers, and the File Maintenance Clerk to support inventory accuracy and promotional execution.

Qualifications

• Experience receiving, tracking and reconciling inventory in retail/grocery.
• Basic computer skills incl. email, Excel and store portals.
• Monitor damaged/expired/salvageable merch and process returns for credit.
• Maintain backroom cleanliness, security and order.
• Strong communication with vendors, drivers and store management.
• Ability to lift/carry 5–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Commitment to accurate inventory and customer service.
