What You Will Do:

Support systems requirement development and analysis. Support activities in our labs and document requirement verifications. Complete and compile detailed performance evaluations, including the use of analysis tools, such as MATLAB Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal or external stakeholders

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or Aerospace Engineering degree program or STEM major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Academic or internship experience that included hands‑on testing of electronic equipment
• Exposure to troubleshooting technical issues with electronics in an academic or internship setting, or as part of a hobby
• Exposure to data analysis using tools such as MATLAB and/or C++

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience or coursework in Systems Engineering
• Extracurricular involvement in school groups/clubs and/or the community 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
• Basic understanding on how radar systems are developed and function
• Understanding of radar modes and operation, such as air/air detection, air/ground detection, and ground mapping capabilities

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
