Let’s create something extraordinary together.Position SummaryEnsure quality and consistency of, and properly stores, all deliveries. Interacts with fellow employees, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPossesses in-depth knowledge of receiving procedures, following company standard.Handle and store food products correctly (FIFO).Protects establishment, guests, and employees by adhering to Department of Health and Company sanitation standards.Communicates product needs to the purchaser and chefs.Properly sets-up receiving station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by managementReview and utilize daily purchase ordersWipes down and keeps receiving areas clean, orderly and sanitizedPerforms opening side-work as prescribedPerforms closing side-work as prescribedAttends and participates in daily pre-service meetings (where applicable).Attends and participates in any training sessions or departmental meetings.Properly sets-up station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management.Kitchen does include vulnerability to hot kitchen elements and cleaning products.Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.Our Ideal CandidateCandidate must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion.Working environment may include exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.As an important member of our team, you’ll be eligible for:Health, Dental, and Vision insuranceCompetitive payThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
