Job summary

A leading agricultural company in Salinas is seeking a motivated individual to manage field tags and coordinate product workflows. The ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with proficiency in Famous being a plus. Additional skills in database software and bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are advantageous. The role requires attention to detail and effective communication for product reconciliation.

• Ensure all field tags are filled accurately.
• Coordinate with cooling department on product workflow.
• Reconcile all receiving entries at the end of the shift.

Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make sure that all field tags are completely filled out with all necessary information including Grower lots, SKU’s, Quantities, and ranches
• Make sure that all weights and tares are correct and entered in famous
• Print all pallet tags correctly and tag each pallet
• Coordinate with cooling department on prioritization and workflow of all incoming raw product
• Reconcile all receiving entries at the end of the shift
• Communicate any discrepancies with lots on both Field Tag and Famous to Grower Accounting

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: High School Diploma
• Minimum Experience required: Must have knowledge of all Rae Product materials

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of other Microsoft Office software. Experience and proficiency in database software a plus. Proficient in Famous required.
• Famous and Microsoft Excel

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to travel/relocate as required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
