Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking a Rebuild Mechanic to disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild and test reciprocating compressors and industrial engines. You must read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and determine correct replacement parts. Toolbox required; safe shop practices apply.

$22-$27/hour, Mon-Fri, 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts, with overtime as needed. Join a hands-on fabrication environment and contribute to high-quality rebuild projects while documenting

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical rebuild experience.
• Experience rebuilding reciprocating compressors and/or industrial engines.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers).
• Own and maintain necessary personal tools.
• Work safely in a fabrication shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and rebuild reciprocating compressors and industrial engines.
• Inspect components for wear, damage and defects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and determine repairs.
• Measure components with micrometers and calipers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications.
