Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Rebate Reconciliation Analyst to focus on rebate reconciliation, payment analysis, dispute resolution, and reserve analysis within a fast-paced healthcare finance environment.

The role involves close coordination with Trade Relations, Legal, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate, timely processing of payments from pharmaceutical manufacturers and proper application of contract terms. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months financial or analytical experience.
• 6+ months experience with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and comprehend all contract terms applicable to the Reconciliation function.
• Track and apply payments due from pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Identify late payments and request late fee billing as required by contract.
• Manipulate and analyze payment data from pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Reconcile payment data with invoiced amounts to identify disputed items.
• Analyze variances and disputed items and decide whether to accept or reject disputes.
• Communicate with pharmaceutical manufacturers regarding variances and disputes.
• Update internal dispute tracking data file monthly.
• Perform analysis of required reserves monthly.
• Investigate and respond to open balance inquiries.
