CVS Health is hiring a Rebate Reconciliation Analyst to manage rebate reconciliations, payment analysis and dispute resolution. The role collaborates with Trade Relations, Legal and Accounting teams to drive value and reduce drug spend.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in financial/analytic work and Excel proficiency, with a bachelor's in finance, accounting, or related fields. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, in Maryland, with comprehensive benefits and a base pay range disclosed during the process.

Qualifications

• 6+ months financial or analytical experience.
• 6+ months experience with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and comprehend all contract terms applicable to the Reconciliation function.
• Track and apply payments due from pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Identify late payments and request late fee billing as required by contract.
• Manipulate and analyze payment data from pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Reconcile payment data received with invoiced amounts and identify disputed items.
• Analyze variances and disputes and determine whether to accept or reject them.
• Communicate with manufacturers regarding variances and disputes.
• Update internal dispute tracking data monthly and analyze required reserves.
• Investigate and respond to questions regarding open balances.
