Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Rebate Reconciliation Analyst to drive rebate reconciliation, payment analysis, and dispute resolution. You will collaborate with Trade Relations, Legal and Accounting, and with external pharmaceutical manufacturers to improve accuracy and reduce drug spend.

The role requires 6+ months financial or analytical experience and 6+ months Excel experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Math, or Economics is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months financial or analytical experience.
• 6+ months experience with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret all contract terms for reconciliation.
• Track and apply payments due from manufacturers.
• Identify late payments and request late fees per contract.
• Manipulate and analyze payment data.
• Reconcile payment data with invoiced amounts to identify disputed items.
• Analyze variances and determine whether to accept or reject disputes.
• Communicate with manufacturers regarding variances and disputes.
• Update internal dispute tracking data monthly.
• Perform monthly reserve analyses.
• Investigate and respond to inquiries on open balances.
• Handle basic to intermediate data manipulation and analysis.
