Job summary

Graves Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Program Data Specialist to support our rebate processing operations. This role involves accurately entering and tracking rebate programs, uploading documents to SharePoint, and interpreting contract data.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, at least 1 year in an office environment, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications. This is a full-time position based in Jefferson City, MO, offering a collaborative team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment.
• Technically proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Use internal computer programs to open, track and process rebate programs in a timely manner.
• Upload documents to SharePoint
• Read and interpret data on scanned contracts and inputs relevant data into internal processing systems.
• Scan incoming documents into internal system upon receipt, if applicable.
• Communicate regularly with all co-workers involved in program processing.
