Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements.
• Ability to manage multiple agreements across reviews, approvals, and execution.
• Ability to identify contractual risk and escalate appropriately.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Pricing, and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Apply contract-management principles to routine and moderately complex agreements.
• Draft, redline, and negotiate agreements using templates and playbooks.
• Identify contractual, financial, operational risks and propose next steps.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent agreements and deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Legal, Finance, Government Pricing, and Compliance.
• Contribute to templates, procedures, and contracting systems.
• Develop expertise in new customer channels and reimbursement concepts.
