Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in rebar, structural steel, or concrete construction in project management, project coordination, detailing, estimating, field engineering, or structural design.
• Familiarity with CRSI and ACI standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam (or similar software); accurate document control and data entry.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of rebar projects from kickoff through closeout, maintaining schedule, quality, and profitability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, detailers, engineers, the fabrication shop, and the shipping team.
• Visit jobsites and the fabrication shop to resolve issues and build strong customer relationships.
• Review project plans and specifications, interpret structural drawings, and communicate design intent to the detailing team.
• Coordinate placing drawings, submittals, and RFIs to ensure timely approvals.
• Release approved bar lists to the fabrication shop and coordinate production priorities.
