Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in California is seeking Production Workers to safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products. You will read drawings, cut and tie rebar, weld, and prepare steel cages for concrete filling in a production setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining the facility, handling product yard activities, and loading trucks. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with basic math and tool skills essential for daily tasks. MIG welding is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/ equivalent preferred.
• Related industry or construction experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication & division).
• Knowledge and skills to use basic tools, including a tape measure.
• MIG welding experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Cut, bend, place, tie, and weld steel rebar.
• Preparesteel cages for filling with concrete.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Product yard and truck loading.
