Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC in Mount Crawford, VA is seeking a hands-on team member to fabricate reinforcing steel (rebar) products. You’ll follow work orders and rebar tag specifications, operate fabrication equipment safely, and prepare finished products for shipment in an industrial setting.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, read basic work orders, and wear PPE. Prior rebar fabrication or manufacturing experience is preferred; forklift or overhead crane certification

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Ability to read basic work orders and rebar tags.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) products according to work orders and tag specifications.
• Operates rebar fabrication equipment safely (shears, benders, automated machines).
• Stacks, bands, and stages materials per production flow and supervisor directions.
• Inspects finished materials for accuracy and conformance to specs.
• Prepares completed products for shipment with protective packaging.
• Maintains a clean, safe, organized work area and follows safety policies.
• Works indoors and outdoors, with exposure to weather conditions as required.
