Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a Rebar Fabricator/Rebar Laborer for its Kansas City location. Primary duties include operating shearing and bending machines to shape rebar, loading trucks with a forklift and overhead cranes, and bundling rebar bundles. Heavy lifting is required.

Hours are 5:00am - 3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with pay based on experience. We value safety-conscious, hard-working, team-oriented people who want to contribute to a growing, employee-owned company with 35 locations

Qualifications

• Must be safety-conscious and team-oriented.
• Experience with rebar fabrication and general warehouse trades preferred.
• Willingness to perform heavy lifting and physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with a forklift and overhead cranes.
• Bundle and tag rebar bundles for shipment.

Rebar Fabricator/Rebar Laborer Needed!

Carroll Construction Supply is hiring staff to work in the rebar fabrication area, using machinery to bend and cut rebar, as well as for general warehouse trades as needed. The position involves operating shearing/bending machines to cut & bend reinforcing steel bars to specific lengths & shapes, loading trucks with a forklift and overhead cranes, as well as bundling and banding rebar bundles. Heavy lifting and physical labor will be required. We are looking for hard-working, safety-conscious, team-oriented people to help our company grow. Hours would be 5:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, and pay is based on experience.
