Job summary

Darragh-Company is seeking a hands-on Rebar Manufacturing Operator to produce reinforced steel bars according to customer specifications. You will operate multiple machines, load materials with an overhead crane, and apply epoxy coatings while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads, with opportunities for training and advancement in a long-established Arkansas-based company with a strong family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and manuals.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds with machinery or assistance.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Operate shearing, bending, power saw, and cutting machines to fabricate rebar per customer specs.
• Move materials with overhead crane and load/unload trailers.
• Apply epoxy coating to steel bars using spray gun.
• Assist with shipping and storage of finished products.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate records.
