Job summary

White Cap is seeking a hands-on Rebar Fabrication Worker for manufacturing customized rebar products in a production environment in Hawaii. You will operate rebar fabrication equipment, handle materials, and prepare finished products for shipment while following safety policies and quality standards.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED with 0–2 years of relevant experience, ability to read work orders, and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Experience in rebar fabrication or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read basic work orders and rebar tags.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate reinforcing steel (rebar) products per work orders and tag specs.
• Set up and safely operate rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, automated bending machines).
• Stack, band, stage, and organize materials according to production flow.
• Inspect finished materials for conformance to specifications and adjust as needed.
• Prepare products for shipment with protective packaging and safe handling.
