Patriot Disposal is seeking a Rear-load Driver to lead from the front and optimize team performance in the Manassas area. You’ll operate a rear-load truck, back up route schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and efficient waste collection for residential customers.

Formación

• Valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Valid DOT medical certification.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate safe vehicle operation and backing with helpers.
• Complete routes safely, on time, per route sheets.
• Coordinate with helpers for loading waste and safety.
• Provide courteous service to residential customers and maintain clean sites.
• Report issues, document DVIRs, and communicate with dispatch.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
