Patriot Disposal in Manassas, VA is seeking a Front Load Driver to service commercial customers, operate a front-load truck safely, and maintain high productivity. You will navigate tight environments and perform pre-trip inspections while representing the company professionally on every shift.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Valid DOT medical certification.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in tight environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• 1+ year of CDL driving experience.
• Experience with front-load or hydraulic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong vehicle control, including backing, turning, and maneuvering in tight or congested environments.
• Comply with all applicable DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIR).
• Navigate high-density service areas including alleys, enclosures, and industrial sites.
• Operate hydraulic lifting systems to safely service commercial dumpsters (2–8+ cubic yards).
• Complete routes safely, on time, and in accordance with service and productivity expectations.
• Provide professional service to commercial customers.
• Complete DVIRs, route sheets, and service logs accurately.
