Job summary

CorSource Technology Group seeks a Realty Technician 2 to support the Real Property Field Services (TERR) organization across Oregon, Washington, Idaho and adjacent states. The role blends office work and field tasks with overnight travel, handling land ownership questions and document reviews.

The position emphasizes data entry into LIS, file preparation, and coordination of real property documents, with HR-level compliance and a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of property management, real estate, title review or related work experience required.
• Course work related to Real Estate principles and government real property procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Land Use Applications, Stay Alive videos and literature to public and agencies.
• Open and prepare case files for closing transmittal after Realty Specialist has purged the file.
• Track and maintain case log of landowner requests and update LIS.
• Answer real estate questions from the public about rights-of-way and policy.
• Receive and process application fees.
• Property research using Real Property Records System and document findings.
• Draft preliminary title reviews and related forms for Realty Specialist.
• Travel to properties for measurements/photos.
• Provide acquisition support including research and document review.
• Perform data entry on LIS as requested.
• Provide clerical support including copying, mail, and calendar management.
• Create and finalize documents using Word and Microsoft products.
• Maintain multiple calendars and coordinate meetings.
