About the Position:

This is a Realty Specialist, GS-1170-12 position with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, Real Estate Division. The duty location for this position is Fort Worth, TX.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes at least 2 out of 3 of the following: 1) Analyzing real estate plans, design memoranda, or right-of-way drawings for a real estate office; OR 2) Advising clients on the acquisition or disposal of real estate; OR 3) Conducting field investigations to determine what land or improvement will be acquired for a real estate office. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11 or above).
