Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. The role involves frequent travel.

What You'll Do

• Lead Others: Motivate your team to meet project timelines and deliverables, encourage collaboration, and resolve concerns among store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Project Ownership: Manage project execution in assigned stores, communicate plans and obstacles to stakeholders, and minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop Associates: Provide supervision, mentorship, and development opportunities, listen to team ideas and concerns, evaluate talent, and identify career paths.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis; or 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business or related field, 1 year of leading cross-functional teams, and Project Management Professional Certification.

Travel is a significant part of this role, with frequent trips up to 1000 miles from home, often 80% of the time, for periods of 17-21 days. Overnight stays are paid, but travel time is not compensated.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree and relevant experience, with preferred qualifications including a master's degree and project management certification.
