Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and will be responsible for delivering store remodels on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to ensure project success. The role involves travel as part of the job.

  • Project Management Professional Certification.
Additional Information

Role requires reliable transportation, willingness to travel up to 1000 miles from home, and working primarily overnight shifts of 10-12 hours. Compensation includes salary, performance bonuses, stock options, and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, PTO, and educational programs.

Travel involves being away from home 80% of the time, with expenses reimbursed. Travel time is unpaid.
