Position Summary...

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. The role involves travel as part of the job.

What you'll do...

• Lead Others: Motivate your team, foster collaboration, and resolve concerns among leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Project Ownership: Manage project execution in assigned stores, communicate plans and obstacles, and minimize operational impact.
• Develop Associates: Provide supervision, mentorship, and development opportunities, and evaluate talent for career growth.

Your Resume Will Stand Out With:

• Experience in construction remodels, project management, space management, or store design.
• Leadership experience in managing projects or cross-functional teams.

Additional Role Details:

Shift: Primarily overnight shifts, 10-12 hours.

Travel: Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, away 80% of the time, for 17-21 days at a stretch. Travel areas vary based on project needs. Reimbursements and paid overnight stays are provided; travel time is unpaid.

Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 annually, with potential bonuses and stock options.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience without a degree. Attendance at required training sessions is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional Certification.
