Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
• 1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains sponsor/stakeholder relationships by communicating requirements, ROI, and status updates.
• Develops and communicates project plans and schedules to teams and stakeholders.
• Leads multiple medium-scale projects or work streams with budget and cost oversight and milestone tracking.
• Coordinates job-related activities, identifies goals, measures progress, and promotes continuous learning.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates through mentoring and training.
