Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a technologist to join our Battlespace Awareness Command and Control Software team in Massachusetts.

You will contribute to modeling, simulation, and control systems for real-time threat prediction and mission execution at the C2 layer. You will develop high-fidelity models of vehicle dynamics, interceptor performance, and asset tasking while translating complex requirements into validated technical models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in algorithm design, software development and modeling with Python and MATLAB (C/C++ a plus).
• Experience in guidance, navigation and control, trajectory prediction and state estimation.
• Exposure to resource modeling for asset tasking in C2 environments.
• Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, optimization and statistics for physics-based models.
• Experience translating requirements into validated technical models in simulation contexts.
• Familiarity with path planning algorithms (A*, D* Lite) for robotics contexts.
• Exposure to ML for planning and decision-making, including reinforcement learning.
• Ability to write robust, concurrent code for uncertain, dynamic environments.
• Experience across prototyping to production system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a small team within Command and Control Software, applying modeling and control expertise.
• Develop high-fidelity models of vehicle dynamics and interceptor performance for real-time decision support.
• Implement resource models to inform asset allocation against dynamic threats.
• Build physics-based simulations and mission engineering tools for model validation.
• Develop trajectory prediction and state estimation capabilities to forecast asset movements.
• Tailor models for mission-critical use cases and customer success in interception scenarios.
• Integrate modeling tools into the broader C2 software stack from requirements to testing.
• Translate technical progress into clear insights for stakeholders.
