Applied Intuition is seeking a software engineer to enhance our simulation capabilities using Unreal Engine at our Sunnyvale, California office. You will work on a new simulation framework while integrating engines into our workflow.

The ideal candidate will have substantial game engine experience and a passion for cutting-edge technology development. Our compensation includes a base salary and benefits package, with a salary range for this position between $173,400 and $232,925 USD annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in developing and maintaining game engines at an AAA game studio.
• Background in deploying and optimizing software on multiple platforms (on-prem/cloud).
• Expert in game engine architecture best practices.

Responsibilities

• Work on a new simulation framework for detailed 3D simulation at massive scale.
• Utilize Cesium to create massive scale simulation environments.
• Optimize simulations based on performance and accuracy needs.
