Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Foundational experience analyzing data through coursework, internships, or projects.
• Experience with spreadsheets to organize data and support analysis.
• Ability to break down problems into structured questions and actionable steps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating on a team project and meeting deadlines.
• Interest in resource planning, financial planning, program management, or operations.
• Must have work authorization and intend to return to a degree program after internship.

Responsibilities

• Complete a scoped analytics or business operations project with guidance from a manager.
• Support requirements gathering with program managers, finance partners, and operations leads.
• Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
