Job summary

Meta Reality Labs Devices Operations is seeking a Business Analytics Intern to support resource and budget planning, operating rhythms, and tooling enhancements across the Reality Labs Devices portfolio.

You will complete a clearly scoped analytics project with guidance, assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements, and use AI tools to identify patterns and craft actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, IS, IE, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Foundational experience analyzing data through coursework, projects, internships, or practical work.
• Experience using spreadsheets to organize data and support analysis.
• Ability to break down problems into structured questions and actionable steps.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings in writing or verbally.
