Job summary

Qualifications

• . Currently pursuing BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• . Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript, and comfort learning the other.
• . Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying a relational or columnar data store.
• . Foundation in statistics and data modeling: distributions, hypothesis testing, regression, and model evaluation.
• . Experience building tools/pipelines/dashboards/models used by others.

Responsibilities

• Develop data products and dashboards using React/Next.js.
• Build data pipelines with Spark/Presto/Hive and orchestrate ETL.
• Apply predictive modeling and time-series analysis for forecasting.
• Validate data quality and explain results to non-specialists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data systems.
